On asking how does it feel to receive so much appreciation already from Bollywood, Sonakshi said, "Karan Johar was shocked after the screening of the film. He could not believe its me in the movie. Not even a single person has said anything negative about the film. Loving the response."
We asked Ranveer if he had any inhibitions doing the intimate scenes in front of Sonakshi's mother, to which he promptly replied, "I know there are a lot of rumours floating about Sonakshi's mother present during the intimate scene, but this is not true. Those scenes were shot with only 4 people present, us with the director and a cameraman."
Ranveer furthur added, "Poonam aunty has never interfered with our film. Infact she has come only once on the sets of Lootera that too with food. After having a lavish lunch with her, the entire cast and crew were unable to give any performance.
So will Lootera reach the 100 crore club, Ranveer replied crossing his fingers, "Sonakshi's brand value has been a lucky charm in her previous films. We hope this film also garners a stellar box office collection and Sonakshi rubs off her magic on Lootera too."
Well, we hope so too. Lootera is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and is slated to release on July 5.
